Diver Stress & Rescue
Before starting the Stress & Rescue programme, you must have completed a first aid course within the last 2 years. This can be done on site in one day. The Stress & Rescue course gives you confidence as a diver, and will teach you, for example, how to : - Assist a panicked, unconscious or breathing diver - Organise a search for a lost diver - Contact the emergency services - Manage an accident - Identify and provide first aid for an aquatic injury YOU WILL BE DIVER STRESS & RESCUE CERTIFIED! * Programme subject to your instructor's discretion.

Program
First aid training: Registration, presentation of the program, theory and practice delivered by an instructor. Role-playing using emergency scenarios. Final exam Day 1: Theory delivered by an instructor and exercises out of the water Practical exercises in a protected environment Day 2: Exercises in a natural environment and final exam Day 3: Stress dive in a natural environment
