Program
Day 1: Registration, theoretical training delivered by an instructor, final exam. Equipment setup and practical exercises in a protected environment (Skills circuit). Day 2: Two exploration dives to a depth of 12 meters, along with exercises on the surface and underwater. Day 3: 2 exploration dives to a depth of 18 meters, along with underwater exercises
