Advanced Wreck Diving
Designed for experienced divers, the SSI Advanced Wreck specialty course teaches you how to safely enter wrecks. You will master the use of a guide line, navigation techniques in confined spaces, as well as risk management and emergency procedures specific to this type of diving. A technical adventure supervised by a certified instructor.

Program
Day 1: Introduction to wreck penetration diving: review of safety procedures, preparation and verification of specialized equipment, buoyancy control. Controlled environment exercises including installation and use of guide lines, communication using light signals, and navigation in simple confined spaces.
Day 2: Practical application on a real wreck: advanced dive planning, progressive penetration into more complex areas, light management and equipment redundancy, resolution of simulated emergency scenarios (loss of line, lamp failure). Skills assessment, debriefing, and recommendations for continuing to dive safely on wrecks.
